Red Eyes

Dear Sir,
Im 23 year old male from colombo, imm suffering from dry eye for last 4,5 years but i took correct medical treatmens 4last 3 years with refrsh tears , oinments,&hot water cleaning eye lids which help me to produce more tears.

but i constantly having red blood vens (looks brown eyes) on white part of the eyes which is every time increesing redness with environment changes.i only feel ok with my eyes for a few minitus after some cold water towel treatment on top of my eye which makes white part more ok.

there for pls inform me whether ur hospital can provide any treatment or surgry to remove the redness from my eyes. i will pay any amount if it can,bcz this problem advers me lot in my day 2 day life.im so mentaly upset with this bcz all the tratments i have done all the years, seems useless after i see my eyes on mirror.i done every thing to right up to nw to remove the dryness, pls give me positive advice to remove the redness from my eyes.
