Dear Doctor,

im a male 25 years old. im getting some white colour powder type discharge from the skin under the foreskin of my penis with bad smell also. i wash my penis two times a day with baby soap.i got scared and i did the hiv and VDRL tests also but the results also negative. please let me know doctor what is this and how can cure this ? earlier i had some red dots on the penis head and applied " Travacot" cream then it disappeared.i never had an unprotected sex also doctor.

It could be normal collection (smegma) or a fungal infection. It is best to get an opinion from a trained doctor.
