Im married. when I start to to sexual intercouse my sperms will out quickly. within 1 or 2 minutes I get that out. I can not satisfy my wife so I am suffering from this.
I search capsules for this called "CLIMINAX". Is it good for health to use? is there any side effect for this? where can I buy this capsules in sri lanka? please advice me.

I cannot recommend taking tablets over the counter. I have discussed this before.
