Im a male 25 years old, there are some tiny black dots on top of my foreskin(outside). it is not visible when the penis is in the normal condition but it is highly visible when the penis got erected.this is there for more than seven years, after knowing about the STD's im scared whether it could be a STD.please let me know doctor what is this ? if it is a STD what is the test i have to under go ?
